Market Value of Judgment

Prior to assigning a judgment to the us, we is restricted by state and federal law from investigating the JUDGMENT DEBTOR to determine the absolute value, if any, of his/her non-exempt assets. The value of the judgment can only be determined after a complete and thorough investigation of non-exempt assets owned by the JUDGMENT DEBTOR. 


You must supply us with current address and asset report
Upon accetance of agreement to purchase you must supply ample information as to the assets and address(s) of the debtor. If you do not have this information we can obtain it.

In New Jersey
Your Judgment Must be Docketed or on file with the State Court.
In most cases you have received a Judgment on the County level. This may or may not show up on a credit report. It will not be considered as a "Statewide Lien" there are 3 more steps required to do so.

If you do not have a Docketed Judgment
in New Jersey, our paralegal will prepare the forms for you to request of the Courts and file all necessary paperwork to obtain this important status there is a $175.00 fee which includes state fees due prior to this work being performed. (In Florida, you must do this on your own or have an attorney do it for you).
